BOOK HANGOVER: Inability to start a new book because you’re still living in the last book’s world.
A debutant, a politician, a vampire, a love story, a scandal or a mystery. Four straight days of nonstop reading just to have a four month BOOK HANGOVER. I can’t pick up another book, until I am over fantasizing and picturing myself in the last one.
Past and Present, prepare to dream, learn, and grow with my personal favorites:
1. Luxe Series by Anna Godberson. Take a carriage ride into the life of the richest debutants of the 1890’s in New York City. Deception, luxury, love and betrayal; you won’t put this series down!
2. The Best of Me by Nicholas Sparks. Calling all hopeless romantics! Nicholas Sparks has done it again and you might want to finish this one before the movie comes out in October.
3. America by Dinesh D’Souza. For a heavier read, this is my current nonfiction go to. It keeps me questioning, thinking, and digging deeper.
4. Style Me Pretty Weddings by Abby Larson. Both dream worthy and FABULOUS, this lovely wedding book helps to determine your style by providing you with fresh and timeless inspiration. A fun read for those tying the knot!
